Okay, those of my readers who've been reading my blog for a while know that I like to earn extra money at home. It's nice having the extra money for games or gifts for the holiday season. So, with that in mind I thought I'd share my recent find with you all. My go-to site for some time now has been Swagbucks but recently I was introduced to FusionCash. I started using FusionCash in October of this year and so far I have cashed out once and I'm about to cash out again this month! One downside of FusionCash is that you have to earn $25 to cash out (at least $15 earned from offers and the rest can be from bonuses). You can cash out via check or a verified PayPal account. And so far, the pay out was, just as they've said, on the 20th of the month. Similar to Swagbucks, with FusionCash you can do activities like sign-ups and registrations, or watch videos. But my favorite on FusionCash is the surveys. One awesome thing about FusionCash is that the surveys are fast to disqualify you if you don't meet the survey criteria. If you've done surveys before you know that with many of them you can be 10 minutes into a survey and still be disqualified. So a quick and easy DQ that you are paid a bonus for is a big thing. And, not every site will pay you a bonus if you get DQed for a survey. Swagbucks does this but FusionCash does it better! In my experience, FusionCash pays more than Swagbucks, practically every time there's a DQ (the amount of those DQ bonuses vary). Of course, and this goes without saying, you have to answer survey questions honestly because if your answers aren't consistent, you risk being DQed or banned from doing them. But if you like doing surveys for money, FusionCash just might be for you. I have to give a big shout-out to Eddy with a Y at WorkAtHomeNoScams.com because if it wasn't for the review on his website about FusionCash, I would have never given it a try. I've tried other get-paid-to/paid-to-click (GPT/PTC) sites and besides Swagbucks they've all been pretty lame. FusionCash is different in that it's faster to cash out. I won't go into the ins and outs of how to work GPT/PTC sites. There are hundreds of blogs out there that feature how-tos and more information (for example https://www.reddit.com/r/beermoney/). But I had to share this with you, my readers, because I like having extra cash and I thought it would be topical to share this with you here. So, if you too would like to earn a little extra cash at home in your spare time FusionCash is definitely one that pays. If you would like to join either Swagbucks or FusionCash please use my referral links. It'll help me keep this site going by giving me more time at home to research the topics I present here. If you're not looking to make extra money but know someone who is, please pass along my referral links. I thank you very much for doing so! So, as always, Thank You for reading. Whenever possible make today great and tomorrow even better. And have a wonderful weekend!

I said I would write a follow-up on whether SwagBucks was working for me and this is it. To date I've earned $15 via PayPal by using the SwagBucks site. There are a few things to be aware of, however, if you are looking to try SwagBucks to earn some extra cash and items via SwagBucks (aka SB, the SwagBucks currency).
1. Earning SB via searching (or any other way on the site) is NOT fast. Unless, of course, you're an internet searching fiend! I thought I was one, but it turns out that I'm a mere amateur. If internet searching is something you do anyway, every day, several times a day then searching through SwagBucks will help you earn enough SB to get a nice gift/prize. 2. SwagTV is pretty informative. If you have time to sit at your computer and watch videos, SwagTV isn't a bad option for earning SwagBucks. The "shows" are short, for the most part, and pretty informative. The only downside is you have to watch quite a few "videos" to earn very few SB. Again, if you have the time and want to relax watching SwagTV, it can work nicely. 3. Tasks are a good way to earn more SB. The downside is you have to be very, very detail-oriented, have good time management skills and be aware that even with those skills you might not meet the accuracy level the tasks demand and not be allowed to complete them (thus earning no SwagBucks). 4. In my experience, the Special Offers section is basically "clicker BEWARE." Some are very innocent and only involve safe FaceBook app installs, game registrations and play, newsletter registrations and the like. Some others, however, will throw you on the mail list of advertisers you've never heard of and probably don't want to hear from. Before you choose this option, my suggestion is to create an email address specifically for SwagBucks so your real life email address does not get inundated with spam. Also, be very careful of which offers you give your very important real life information to, like phone number and real mailing address. I'm NOT saying they're unscrupulous. And, I'm NOT suggesting that you lie. I AM suggesting that maybe you won't want some offer sponsors to call you on the phone at work or home or know where you live--some aren't worth it. As with anything else internet related, be careful. 5. Games. If you like to play games, SwagBucks has a whole game section and to earn SwagBucks all you have to do is play games. This also it a bit slow-going, but it can be fun. 6. Coupons. Each coupon you print and redeem from SwagBucks earns you 10 SB. I use coupons all the time while grocery shopping. Not only can using their coupons save you money, you can earn SB too. Above, I've only named a few ways to earn SB. There are also Sweepstakes to earn SB and prizes, there are special codes to be found on the SwagBucks Twitter feed and blog that will get you some SB and there are polls and trivia contests too. All-in-all, I'm very happy with my SwagBucks membership. After all, $15 via PayPal cash for doing what I would be normally doing anyway is nothing to sneeze at. This is why, with the above caveats, I can recommend SwagBucks. If you are going to spend most of your time online searching and surfing the internet, playing games and printing out coupons then you'll have a good time using the SwagBucks site. As with anything else, keep in mind that SwagBucks is no get rich quick scheme. As long as you remember that, SwagBucks can be a fun site to spend your time on. Ok, couponing has led me to reading couponing blogs and one of them mentioned getting giftcards from a site called Swagbucks. So, I joined. "What do I have to lose?" I said. Give a little personal info and get gift cards, right?
Well, I can't say whether it works or not because I only have 91 SBs and they don't really get you much at that level. But I'll keep you posted if I get anything I can actually use. Btw, if you use my Swagbucks Link below, I get more Swagbucks! So, why not? Go for it! |
