In my last post, I mentioned that I moved to the desert house. In addition to being in a beautiful location I'm feeling a little lighter. This is because before I moved, I weighed myself. I weighed approximately 128 pounds.
I decided to participate in Enigmatic Nomadics' Goal Challenge by going all out using the "moving diet." This diet is so awesome. If you can survive the move itself, you will lose weight, provided you follow its strict protocol. To start, make sure you're lifting, pushing and pulling boxes and furniture into a moving van over and over and over again for several days. Then you reverse the process when you get to the final destination: home. As long as you're getting up ridiculously early and spending long nights on the above mentioned moving process, you won't have time to eat anything in mass quantities because you're MOVING. So you can eat practically anything and you will still lose weight. Now, you can't cheat and have anyone help you. The weight loss happens as a result of stress, long hours, and MOVING. One caveat is: you need to be physically able to do the lifting, pushing, pulling, etc. without hurting yourself. Because if you get hurt, then you'll stop moving. And all the eating you do remaining stationary will add weight, not subtract it. And, thanks to the motivation from Jamie of Enigmatic Nomadics, I've kept the weight off and I plan to lose the extra four pounds to reach my ideal weight: 120 lbs. If you want to follow the Enigmatic Nomadics fitness challenge, follow the links in this post. If anyone wants to attempt this diet, let me know how it goes for you in the comments below.
